I have had a go at the Zentangle Dare set up by Erin on her blog
http://thebrightowl.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/welcome-to-zendala-dare-and-zendala.html
This is the first time that I have tried a Tangle using a template, normally I just go with the string approach. I tried it twice and they both turned out quite differently.
Fiona,
ReplyDeleteThese are both great! I especially like what you did with Mooka. Thanks for taking the Dare!
Great job! I find it interesting that we both chose some of the same tangles to do in the same places! I promise I did not look before I tangled! I really like the paradox in the center... There is enough of it to 'work' together.
ReplyDeleteThanks Eden, I like the way that we can do this challenge twice and both come up with something so different each time.
DeleteNice combination of graphic black/white and detailed lines in the first one. The Mooka in the second gives a free flowing feel. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletegorgeous
ReplyDeletethe first seems more playful, the second more elegant. i love them both!
ReplyDeleteYour zendala's looks beautiful! I'm a new zentangler and just did my first zendala dare.
